What is that macro program? is it free?
You can just paste a little bit of javascript into your browser console and you automatically click at the fastest rate possible even when your mouse isn't on the cookie. This is because the cookie is considered its own HTML element so you can simulate clicks only on the cookie even when you aren't even on the cookie. This could just remove the need for a macro entirely.

Umm, actually This would be more of a TAS and not a speed run. A TAS is a tool assisted speed run which I believe auto click would be a tool assisting you. Speed run are without these.

you should just set up another computer for just livestreaming this, nothing else just cookie clicker.
You can glitch around the auto click limit. At least you can with Safari on a Mac. It doesn’t work reliably and can take quite some time to get working, but if you start auto clicking, move your mouse upwards on the cookie and then refresh the website at just the right time, it’ll allow you to double the allowed click rate
